Sarah sets out to spread awareness of the Bach Flower Remedies, which are a simple system of 38 remedies that assist with the emotional ups and downs of everyday life – anxiety, depression, despondency, disappointment, stress, fear etc. They are safe for the entire family, have no side effects, and do not interfere with other medications.
