Massage with Eduardo

By Marilyn Zink

We got off the plane late, very late, about 5 hours to be exact. That would make it about 3 in the morning, Mexican time. I was overtired and couldn’t wait to get to the hotel. My shoulders were stiff and sore from caring my purse and onboard luggage.

In the morning I looked in the mirror and saw that my shoulders were out of alignment. My left shoulder was about 3-4 inches lower than my right shoulder. I didn’t feel right and how are you going to enjoy a vacation when you are sore?

Then I discovered the Kin Ha Spa and Eduardo. There were some massage tables set up under palapas on the beach. It seemed tempting. StillI debated about it.

Finally, I decided to get it done, as I was pretty sore. So Eduardo worked on my sore shoulders and back, massaging the area with some effluerage, a massage technique that basically means sweeping strokes, as well as doing some deep tissue massage and some acupressure.

I was getting very relaxed. I have to admit that it was pretty effective. I felt pretty much normal the next day, maybe not 100%, but Eduardo worked magic in half an hour.

So I highly recommend a massage for relaxing, releasing tension and dealing with sore muscles. After all, it’s not every day you can have a massage with Eduardo, on the beach, under a palapa, in Mexico.
