		<description>Gas buildup usually happens when there is not enough good bacteria in the bowel.  The bad stuff, candida, thrives with foods like pizza and pop which in turn crowds out the good bacteria.  When there are healthy colonies of good bacteria, and if we chew our food properly, 20-30 chews per mouthful, the problem will correct itself.  Another basic rule of eating is to never eat fruit with protein.  That will cause gas too as these foods break down at much different rates.  Remember we can make wine out of fruit!  It ferments. It will also leave your stomach in about 20 minutes provided there is nothing blocking it from leaving.

Add to the probiotics a good heavy metal detox, in severe cases a colonic or two to get a lot of the bacteria out and you'll have a healthy gut in no time. Look for a probiotic that doesn't need refrigeration (your body isn't cold) and that contains the basic 13 strains you need.</description>
