Improve Digestion with Apple Cider Vinegar
Happy Monday! Many people don’t think of Mondays as a happy occasion but I think many moms are happy now that the kids are back in school after spring break.
For myself, I’m getting back to posting in my blog on a more regular basis. I have been talking about digestion in previous posts and how often people can suffer from digestive problems and not realize that is is causing other health problems in their life.
One very simple way to improve digestion is to take a couple of teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water with a bit of honey (for taste) before eating. Apple cide vinegar works because it helps increase potassium levels in the body, it helps fight the bacteria and fungi that makes us sick and it helps encourage the body’s production of hydrocholoric acid, HCI.
Many people suffer from acid indigestion. Instead of taking things that make this worse, it’s important to take something like apple cider vinegar. Though it has an acid effect in the stomach, it increases the alkaline content in the body, which means better health.
I am going to try taking apple cider vinegar on a daily basis and will keep my readers posted on how it makes me feel.
