		<description>Don't take a bath in chlorinated water though! Dehydration is also a common cause of fatigue. Watermelon is awesome this time of year and packed with minerals, water and electrolytes to keep our energy levels up as well as detoxifying a bit.

My favorite breakfast these days which is great for energy:

-Chia (soak seeds in water to make gel and keep it in the fridge)
-raw cacao
-agave
-frozen bananas
-bit of water--just add as much as you like--I like mine more like pudding but if you want to drink it just use more

Blend and enjoy. That's it. 2 minute breakfast!</description>
